Mens' Rx Class will do 5000lbs at 75% of their bodyweight; Womens' Rx Class will do 5000lbs at 50% of their bodyweight.
Mens' Scaled 1 Class will do 5000lbs at 50% of their bodyweight (or higher.) Womens' Scaled 1 Class will do 3000lbs at any weight they choose.
Mens' Scaled 2 Class will do 3000lbs at any weight they choose. Womens' Scaled 2 Class will do 2000lbs at any weight they choose.
While this is a test of strength, it's also measured in time to complete. The weight will be derived based on your weight that morning. The bar must travel from the floor (both plates touching) to a fully locked-out position overhead. In the case where an athlete uses a bar without plates, the bar must pass halfway between the knee and foot.
