I try to work on some of my weaknesses, I think Flexibility is very important. I believe a good stretching as a warmup routine helps you excel in your WOD's. I've been working on Core exercises such as Clean and Jerks, Pullups and Squats to become more explosive. Mental preperation is key, When the body is saying "no", the mind is pushed to say "yes".
My strengths: I believe Running and pullups are definitely my strengths. I've consistently run since gradeschool, through highschool and college competitively and for leisure.
My weakest links are Snatching and overhead squats, Flexibility is the downfall here.
I'd donate to Crohns and Colitis.
