Exercise Progression Placards
These are things that have helped us tremendously. You're free to use, distribute, or reproduce partially - but please give credit where it's due.
First off, these are placards (posters) we developed to hand out to local high schools. Feel free to change the progressions as you see fit, or change the colour. Please leave our logo on there somewhere.

Our OnRamp Curriculum
Thanks to Nicki Violetti for the original, which we've modified to our tastes. Coach Whitney's incredible at organization, and we've tweaked this dozens of times until we found our favourite.
Not an easy read - but if you implement it, you'll increase adherence. Frequent, objective testing will help athletes guage their progress in all physical traits separately. Especially helpful for athletes who haven't been doing WODs as prescribed yet, or haven't yet sent benchmarks as rx'd.
