Here are some acronyms you will need to know:
ALAP - As long as possible. This will refer to any type of hold, ie pull up, plank, handstand push up.
AQAP - As quick as possible. This is different than for time. Do not 'rush' through it. Do it quick.
AHAP - As heavy as possible. You will be asked to work up to a heavy set until failure.
AMRAP - As many rounds as possible in a given time domain.
WTD - weighted.
RM - Rep max
DB - dumbbells
TKG - Turkish Get ups
BB - barbell
OH - Overhead
WL - Walking Lunge
